Aureus Energy Services is actively recruiting a full-time HSE Administrator to join our Calgary team. You will join a forward-thinking team where your contributions will directly shape our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. As an HSE Administrator, you will play a key role in driving a proactive safety culture while developing your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the administration of multiple HSE software solutions (Workhub, ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, etc.), to ensure seamless user experience and compliance.
- Train, troubleshoot, and generate reports to support efficient use of HSE software and data.
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc HSE statistical reports.
- Participate in annual HSE Audits
- Lead WCB reporting and work collaboratively with the HSE Team and Human Resources with respect to case management
- Act as the point of contact for both internal and external insurance-related inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HSE data in contractor management registries.
- Coordinate and participate in the review of Aureus Safety Management System documents and records.
- Review, report on, and ensure the proper retention of Hazard Identification records.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees, and leadership on safety-related matters.
- Communicate relevant HSE program updates to ensure compliance with client and vendor requirements.
- Maintain HSE and operational training records; coordinate and schedule training sessions.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and arrange specialized training requirements for specific clients (e.g., for Suncor).
- Participate in the implementation of new HSE initiatives to continuously improve safety standards.
- Track and ensure authorized driver compliance; maintain driver files.
- Issue PO’s for HSE-related items.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Experience & Training
- 3-8 years of HSE experience.
- Experience administering HSE management and compliance software solutions.
- Proficient in managing and presenting large amounts of data.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Workhub and Power BI is an asset.
- Completion of an HSE Administration course; HSE certification is an asset.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer
- Able to comply with Aureus’ drug & alcohol-free and harassment-free work environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically (10%) to Aureus’ field offices in Alberta and BC.
- Willingness to work in a diverse and team-oriented environment
