CIMCO is looking for a Service Coordinator for its Moncton, NB office. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient scheduling of service activities while also supporting inventory, tools, and warehouse functions to keep operations running smoothly.
Service Coordination Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, technicians, and required resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Prepare, update, and maintain service work orders and related documentation
- Support Service Managers with reporting, tracking of service activities, and timely follow-ups
- Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to stakeholders
Warehouse & Tool Support Responsibilities (Secondary)
- Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to support field technicians’ needs
- Track tool sign-in/sign-out and ensure accurate documentation is maintained
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory and stock levels
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure required tools and materials are readily available
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Experience in service coordination or a similar operational role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office/warehouse environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or industrial environments is an asset
