The Role
HomeTailors is seeking a seasoned technician to join our Calgary-based atelier. We provide more than just repairs; we provide "Established Care" for the city's most considered residences.
In this role, you will act as a primary representative of the HomeTailors brand. You are a skilled craftsperson capable of flawless TV mounting, precise fixture installations, and meticulous minor repairs who understands that the quality of the work is only half the requirement. The other half is the discretion, punctuality, and professional etiquette required to work within the homes of our distinguished clients.
What You Will Do
Execute Tailored Works: Perform installations (TVs, art, smart hardware, shelving), light plumbing (faucets, fittings), and minor repairs (drywall, caulking, trim) to an estate-grade standard.
Operate Under Concierge Orchestration: Follow established service choreography. You will work from a documented plan provided by your concierge, ensuring every visit is consistent and meets the high expectations of our membership programme.
Maintain Brand Standards: Leave every home exactly as the architect intended. Your focus is on a "quiet" service experience efficient, unobtrusive, and impeccably tidy.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in residential maintenance, multi-trade home services, or custom installations.
Professional Discretion: A calm, respectful demeanor. You understand the nuances of working in luxury environments.
Precision: An eye for detail that borders on perfectionism. Whether it is a faucet replacement or an art installation, the finish must be flawless.
Reliability: You are vetted, insured, and take pride in representing a premium brand. You value consistency and process.
