Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage medication administration for multiple patients per visit
- Organize and prepare medications, bins, and trays in designated medication rooms
- Administer scheduled medications including controlled substances per care plans
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Liaise with on-site staff and care teams as needed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN registration in British Columbia
- Experience with medication administration in community or long-term care settings
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- Experience with older adults and/or mental health clients is an asset
- Reliable transportation between sites

Pay: From $31.00 per hour
