Modern Air Filters is a growing Canadian manufacturer and distributor looking for a hands-on Operations & Warehouse Optimization Manager to help us create a cleaner, more efficient, and scalable operation.

We're looking for someone who loves walking the floor, organizing chaos, improving workflow, freeing up space, and making businesses run better.
What You'll Do:

Evaluate current warehouse layout and operations.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.

Create and implement warehouse organization systems.

Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Optimize inventory storage and material flow.
-
Identify unused equipment, machinery, and assets for sale or disposal.

Coordinate machinery liquidation and space recovery projects.
-
Improve receiving, production, and shipping processes.
-
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-
Work closely with ownership to execute operational improvement projects.
Ideal Candidate:

5+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
-
Hands-on and action-oriented.

Comfortable working independently.

Experience with facility layout, warehouse optimization, or operations improvement preferred.

Compensation: $35-$65/hr based on experience and proven results. Performance bonus available for successful warehouse optimization, space recovery, and equipment liquidation projects.
