We are seeking a talented and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our team of skilled practitioners and help deliver the signature RoseWater experience. The Opportunity:
As part of our curated team, you will provide bespoke massage therapy treatments – from restorative relaxation to targeted therapeutic work and prenatal care – designed around each client’s unique wellness journey. You’ll practice in a beautifully appointed, spa-grade treatment room. Supported by a dedicated team committed to excellence in both service and craft.
What you’ll do
· Deliver personalized massage therapy treatments informed by thorough client assessments
· Maintain meticulous, professional treatment documentation
· Curate thoughtful home care and treatment plan recommendations for clients
· Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
· Partner with our aestheticians and front-of-house team to ensure every client interaction feels seamless and considered
· Help cultivate the warm, polished culture that defines the Rosewater experience
Qualifications
· Current registration and good standing with the College of massage Therapists on Ontario (CMTO)
· Valid liability insurance
· A refined, attentive approach to client care and communication
· Comfort working in a premium, detail-oriented spa environment
· Prior experience in a luxury spa or wellness clinic considerated an asset
