Summary
We are seeking a skilled painter with other handyman skills to join our team in Surrey BC. Based at our apartment complex, this role is vital in maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential buildings. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our residents. You will be working with another skilled handyman to renovate suites as they become vacant and maintain tenanted units. We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including painting, minor plumbing and electrical, basic carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents by addressing their maintenance requests promptly.
- Contribute to the overall upkeep of the property to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman roles.
- Strong electrical, mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
