Global Pet Foods Brampton is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating meaningful connections with customers, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. If you're someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every pet parent who walks through our doors
- Learn about pet nutrition and make personalized product recommendations
- Build lasting relationships with customers and their pets
- Receive, stock, and merchandise products throughout the store
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Support day-to-day store operations and work as part of a collaborative team
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and customer service training
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a positive, outgoing personality
- Enjoys talking with people and creating a great customer experience
- Is a self-starter who takes initiative and stays productive
- Is dependable, organized, and works well independently
- Is eager to learn and grow
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Has retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Has pet ownership or pet industry experience (an asset, but not required)

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
