We're looking for a full-time (35-40 hours per week) retail Supervisor/key holder (reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager).
Duties include:
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Stocking and replenishing inventory
- Maintaining high store standards
- Merchandising
- Inventory audit and control
- Ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures
- Training and coaching staff
Experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong and creative merchandising skills
- Forklift certified or willing and able to get certified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to learn, grow, and take charge
- Looking for future advancement within our company
