We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Lead installer and instructor.

Primary role would include installing various forms of Epoxy flooring and countertops as well as lead instructor in our epoxy training/safety and certification program
Duties
- Head installer - flooring and countertops
- Head instructor - Apexx certification program
- client care
- Set up, organize, and maintain work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Support event or activity preparations, including logistical assistance
- Perform light administrative duties such Quoting, expenses, time logs, pictures etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- experience in general contracting is an asset
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are preferred
