What You'll Be Doing
As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you'll play a key role in each patient's recovery journey by:
- Leading individualized exercise programs for post-surgical, sports injury, WSIB, MVA, and orthopedic patients
- Delivering treatment modalities including TENS, IFC, laser, shockwave, heat, and ice
- Assisting physiotherapists with functional and biomechanical assessments
- Monitoring patient progress and completing accurate documentation
- Motivating patients while ensuring they feel supported throughout their rehabilitation
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Who We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you are:
- A graduate of a Physiotherapy Assistant, Rehabilitation Assistant, or Kinesiology program (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Passionate about helping people achieve their goals
- Energetic, positive, and motivated
- Compassionate with excellent communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Confident leading exercise programs and motivating patients
- Familiar with computers; EMR experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
