Experienced Hair Stylist
Rapunzel's Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Stylist to join our talented team.
We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience and strong technical skills in a variety of hair services. The ideal candidate is client-focused, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform women's and men's haircuts
- Provide professional colour, highlighting, and balayage services
- Create thermal styling and special occasion updos
- Consult with clients to recommend services and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Contribute positively to our collaborative salon culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional hairstyling experience
- Proficiency in:
- Women's and men's cuts
- Colouring and highlighting
- Balayage techniques
- Thermal styling
- Updos and special event styling
- Previous experience with AVEDA products and colour systems is considered an asset
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about the beauty industry
