Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Handyman to join our team in Vancouver. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Strata residential and/or commercial maintenance, minor electrical, minor mechanical, minor plumbing and general repair work. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building needs, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. Experience in dealing with Strata, leadership, and customer service are highly valued to support team operations and client interactions.
Skills preferred:
- Basic carpentry

Requirements
- Proven experience in the above skills listed
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
