Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will manage immigration cases by providing comprehensive support throughout the application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
Job Duties:
- Manage the workload and coordinate with teammates for smooth operations.
- Meet the assigned deadlines for the application and other tasks.
- Use CRM and other softwares to track, record and monitor the client applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and obtain referrals
- Be responsible for office management, maintenance, organization and administration
- Assist in Spouse, PNP's, LMIA, Work Permit, Family Sponsorship applications
- Assist clients with Immigration updates and new program guidelines
- Conduct documents and profile assessment of clients for their respective applications
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings and conference call, take notes and minutes
- Answer phone calls, deal with new inquiries, direct calls to relevant staff
- Draft correspondence, file, photocopy and scan documents
Requirements:
- 2 Years of minimum Immigration caseworker experience
- Understanding of customer service and office professional conducts
- Minimum Bachelor or Master degree will be preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Office Administrator or Immigration office related experience is required
- Knowledge of Canadian Immigration rules, new updates and guideline procedures is must
- Knowledge of Spouse Sponsorship, Work Permit, LMIA, different PNP programs, Express Entry, Pilot programs is required
