Canadian Visa Immigration Consultancy is Growing! We are looking for a new Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry level position and no experience is required. If you are interested in learning about Canadian Immigration, have an upbeat personality with a team player mentality - you may be right for this job!
Reporting to the RCIC (Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant), the Immigration Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for basic client communication and assisting with all aspects of case support form filling, filing and document collection for submission of client files by paper or online.
This is an entry level position on commission basis in a small and growing company, the ideal candidate would be someone who can work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume environment, has high attention to detail, and must has excellent oral and writing skill of English. Punjabi and Malayalam would be an asset however not necessary.
Client Communication * Providing assistance in the client in-take process and basic client inquiries by e-mail and/or telephone Office Administration * Performing various administrative duties including but not limited, organizing and managing files including tracking dates, doing spreadsheets, photocopying/faxing submission packages. * Ability to treat clients and coworkers in a kind and inclusive atmosphere * The ability to work cooperatively as a team member and to work independently in, at times, a very quiet atmosphere * Strong work ethic with a desire to excel in all assignments and continually exceed expectations
Recruitment * Preparation of resumes for international applicants * Review and scheduling interviews via Skype, Whatsapp or BOTIM * Preparing timely correspondence to potential clients about positions available, wages, locations etc. * Research/arranging appropriate housing/home-stays for new arrivals.
Requirements: * Good communication skills, speaking and writing especially – in English * Be organized and detail oriented * Experience working as a legal assistant is preferred or relevant education * Must fluent in English * Familiar with Microsoft Office Software * Very good typing skills
Location ;16083 Hurontario Street, Caledon, L7C2E5. Should have own transportation as there are NO transit buses. PLEASE GOOGLE THE LOCATION BEFORE YOU APPLY. Hours: 9-2 (some flexibility) Monday – Friday.
