We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined individual with experience working on industrial pumps and gearboxes for one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical components while supporting general shop and maintenance operations.
Compensation
- Wage based on experience
- Up to $30/hour for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment
- Work with gear pumps, lobe pumps, right-angle gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps/gearboxes
- Perform general mechanical maintenance and equipment servicing
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with gear pumps, lobe pumps, right-angle gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps/gearboxes
- Ability to communicate clearly and understand English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must provide own basic hand tools
