Hitch Pros is looking for a front end sales representative to join our team. We are a busy, fast paced hitch shop and ideal candidates will be polite, self motivated and able to multitask. Training will be provided on the job; however, knowledge of the towing field is an asset.
Duties:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Quote and book jobs
- Prepare invoices and bill out customers
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Order stock and maintain inventory
- Maintain front end cleanliness
We are looking for a full time employee to start immediately. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM during the busy season (~Mar-Sept) and 9AM-5PM during off season. Wage is dependent on experience with opportunity for advancement.
