Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately through Micros POS or similar systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift
- Ensure compliance with food handling, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly
Employment Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or bartender in an Indian restaurant/bar setting (knowledge of Indian beverage culture, spirits, and menu pairings required).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required to communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff.
- Certifications: Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification (or willing to obtain before the start date).
