We are looking for maternity-leave coverage for our Clinical Auditor role. This role at TKO Group focuses on clinical compliance. This position will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily checks to ensure every dentist visit has a signed clinical note
- Perform weekly quality audits on dentist and hygienists notes using standardized checklists
- Document and report to the GM on missed clinical notes
- Follow up on missed clinical notes to check for completion
Requirements:
- Dental experience is not required for this role
- Exceptional attention to detail is mandatory
- Discretion and managing confidential information
- Must have excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, alongside strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new software
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
