About the Role We are looking for a highly organized Service Coordinator to join our commercial refrigeration team. In this role, you will manage the flow of service work from the initial phone call to the final invoice, acting as the primary link between our customers and our field technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Intake & Work Orders: Field incoming service calls, assess customer needs, and create detailed work orders in the system.
- Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch technicians to emergency and planned jobs, optimizing routes for efficiency and urgency.
- Communicate with technicians, clients, and vendors regarding service statuses and technical issues.
- Service Estimating: Create, review, and submit accurate service estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Invoicing: Process work orders upon completion, ensuring parts and labor are accounted for, and issue final invoices to the customer.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the Commercial Refrigeration or HVAC industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and organized. Strong financial comfort (understanding margins, labor rates, and materials).
- Clear and professional communication style for client-facing emails and dispatching technicians.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and service management software.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and fluent English.
