Position Summary:
Stainless Process Equipment (SPE) is one of the largest stocking distributors of sanitary pumps, valves, process components to the food, beverage, dairy,
pharmaceutical, and personal care industry. We are presently looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service Team. This position
is responsible for building quotes on all inbound inquiries from existing and prospective customers, providing supports to the Marketing and Sales teams and
working closely with the logistic/warehouse team to maintain a high customer service level.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities are likely to include, but not be limited to:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries on requests for quotes, product availability, delivery, and general customer concerns and/or questions.
- Have a defined customer base and/or work directly with Outside Sales Representatives on a specific territory.
- Work with outside and inside sales teams to best serve customer needs.
- Possess the ability to dialogue with customers and identify opportunities to offer additional services and/or equipment in our portfolio.
- Possess the ability to be proficient in navigating Business Operation Systems. Training will be provided.
- Will participate and work with current Sales Team and/or suppliers to gain product knowledge.
- Update customer information on a database.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In general, possessing knowledge and technical insight in the Sanitary Market and on Process Equipment (pump & valve components, fittings) would have a favourable advantage.

- Experience working in wholesale or retail distribution environments is an asset
- Post-secondary education
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous

- Plumbing products knowledge, plus excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Advanced bilingual skills in both English and French is an asset.
