Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
- Train new staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support inventory management by coordinating stock levels and supply orders.
- Foster a positive team environment aligned with Domino's core values.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising or leadership experience in food service or restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer interaction.
- Food industry or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate teams.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours as needed.
