Specialist, Digital Marketing (2 positions) - Mark's & Sport Chek

What you’ll do
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work cross functionally with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing activities to meet the businesses goals while supporting an Omni-Channel brand experience.

Lead in the planning, execution and optimization of various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives including but not limited to paid search (SEM), display and social media advertising
Report on the Key Performance Indicators and make recommendations for marketing planning efforts.
Work with media agency and partners (Google, Facebook and more) for successful campaign planning and delivery.
Work closely with internal teams or external partners to draft Digital Marketing strategies
Report on Digital Marketing channel metrics using various analytics reporting tools, including Google Analytics.
Analyzing data across all digital performance marketing channels
Participate in campaign performance monitoring and optimization and support campaign deployment from inception to maintenance
Identify key digital marketing and advertising opportunities through reporting and analysis, as well as partnership development
Monitor industry trends and share the latest digital insights & advances in digital marketing with the team

What you bring
2-3 years experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce is preferred
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and priorities
Ability to want to continuously learn
Retail experience would be an asset
Previous ad trafficking experience and knowledge of advertising KPIs would be an asset
Proficiency using marketing technology (i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc)
A great attention to detail and accuracy
Academic / Educational requirements
Post-Secondary degree in Business, or Market Post-Secondary degree in Business, or Marketing
