-Customer service/Sales
-Part Time position 21 hours per week
Responsibilities
-Addressing customer needs and recommending products in a niche pottery supply warehouse.
-Answer phones, fill orders, unload and load trucks, prepare orders for shipping
Requirements
-Knowledge of ceramics to assists with retail sales
-General computer skills required
-Must be able to lift, move 50lbs regularly
-Forklift training provided to the right candidate
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services
- Accurate invoicing records for customer's transactions
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Sales experience is desirable
