Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues using electrical schematics, mechanical knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques
- Repair and service various models of commercial dishwashers and dispensing equipment
- Perform appliance assembly and installation as needed, ensuring safety and compliance with standards
- Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to identify faults accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes and maintenance tips
- Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and parts used
- Stay updated on new appliance models, repair techniques, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven electrical experience with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems
- Hands-on experience in appliance repair or related technical fields
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Basic electrical and plumbing abilities is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of assembly processes for appliances and related equipment
