Aerosports Trampoline Parks is one of Canada's leading family entertainment operators with locations across Ontario.
We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy leader to take ownership of our London operation and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional manager position.
You will be responsible for leading a multi-million-dollar business, managing a team of 40+ employees, driving revenue growth, building a winning culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping shape the future of our organization.
For the right candidate, this role can lead to future Regional Management and senior leadership opportunities.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Full operational responsibility for a large family entertainment centre
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of supervisors and frontline staff
- Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly sales targets
- Growing birthday party, group event and corporate event bookings
- Managing labour costs, scheduling and profitability
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining industry-leading customer service standards
- Implementing local marketing initiatives and community partnerships
- Maintaining safety, compliance and operational excellence
- Managing inventory, food service and facility maintenance

Requirements
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Experience managing teams of 15+ employees
- Strong sales, operations and customer service background
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to relocate to London, Ontario
