We’re growing and looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Representative to help us build awareness in the community and generate new leads through local grassroots marketing efforts.
This is not a desk job.
You’ll spend your time out in the community meeting homeowners, promoting our services, and helping drive growth through face-to-face marketing and neighborhood outreach.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, likes talking to people, and wants flexible work with performance-based earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver door hangers in target neighborhoods
- Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to our services
- Install and maintain lawn signs in approved areas
- Coordinate and execute cookie drops, donut drops, and local outreach campaigns
- Engage with local businesses and community members
- Track marketing activity and report results
- Help generate qualified leads and support business growth
Who You Are:
- Positive, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors
- Organized and able to work independently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Looking for long-term part-time work with opportunity to grow
Qualifications:
- Customer service, sales, marketing, canvassing, events, or retail experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to walk neighborhoods and lift/carry marketing materials as needed
- Available approximately 20 hours per week
