Our spa environments are calm, welcoming, and rooted in compassionate care. We are currently looking for two passionate Estheticians to join our team — one Full-Time and one Part-Time position.
We’re looking for Estheticians who are excited to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional facial experiences aligned with the Pure + Simple philosophy.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are passionate about skin health, holistic wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.
- You have experience performing customized facials and skin care treatments in a spa or clinical esthetics environment.
- You enjoy creating thoughtful, personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique skin concerns and goals.
- You are confident recommending professional skin care products and educating clients on home care routines.
- You thrive in a collaborative spa environment and bring a calm, positive, and professional energy to your work.
- You are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client care every shift.
- You stay current with skin care trends, ingredients, and holistic approaches to esthetics.
- Experience with booking software such as Zenoti is considered an asset.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform a variety of customized facial and advanced skin care treatments, including Pure + Simple facials, Sea Salt Microdermabrasion, Aquabrasion, Microneedling, peels, dermaplanning and other specialized treatments.
- Perform IPL services according to training, certification, and spa protocols.
- Provide waxing and other esthetic services with professionalism, attention to detail, and client comfort in mind.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment recommendations based on each client’s skin concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on their skin health, treatment plans, and appropriate home care routines.
- Confidently recommend professional skin care products and treatments to support clients’ long-term skin health and results.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every client visit.
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records.
- Follow all treatment protocols, health and safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Support opening and closing duties, including restocking products, linens, and supplies.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships that encourage trust, retention, and repeat visits.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team and participate in ongoing product and treatment training.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma from a recognized Esthetics program.
- Previous hands-on experience performing facials and esthetic treatments.
- Experience with advanced skin care treatments, IPL, or waxing is an asset, but training may be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining a calm client experience.
- Sales confidence with a consultative, client-first approach.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

COMPENSATION
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
We value the experience and expertise that each Esthetician brings to our team and offer competitive compensation accordingly.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments and throughout shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with spa upkeep and product restocking.
- Comfortable working in a natural skin care environment with minimal synthetic fragrances and chemicals.
