We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time baristas.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders, ensure customers needs are met, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Prepare and serve beverages: Operate coffee and espresso machines to prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and specialty drinks. Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences.
Food preparation: Use of the panini grill to heat assembled sandwiches, or other pastries if requested. Use of oven to bake pastries prepared by our in-house baker.
Cash handling and POS operation: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cash drawer and balance sales at the end of each shift.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflow, and timely service. Assist with tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and assisting colleagues when needed.
Qualifications
- 1 year of barista experience is preferred. Training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with all customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of coffee and various beverage preparations is a bonus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
