1st Choice Auto Service is looking for a motivated and organized Shop Manager to join our team.
We are a growing, busy shop offering multiple services, including automotive painting, glass replacement, detailing, custom coatings, industrial sandblasting, and more. We are looking for someone who can take charge of day-to-day shop operations, support our employees, and help keep all departments running smoothly.
Position Responsibilities:
The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the shop, including the painting, glass, and detail departments. This position will help manage workflow, schedule jobs, support staff, communicate with customers, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
Duties Include:
- Managing daily shop operations and workflow
- Supervising employees in the painting, glass, and detailing departments
- Helping schedule jobs and prioritize work
- Communicating with customers and providing updates
- Ensuring quality control on completed work
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Supporting staff with questions, concerns, and job requirements
- Ordering materials and supplies when needed
- Helping build a positive team environment
- Ensuring safety procedures and company policies are followed
