Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role requires a proactive leader capable of implementing process improvements, managing HRIS systems, and supporting organizational growth through effective human resources management. The HR Manager will collaborate across departments to develop training programs, manage HR data analysis, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and UltiPro to attract top candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including interviewing, onboarding, and negotiating offers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Develop and implement HR programs related to training & development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Administer payroll systems such as ADP, Kronos, Dayforce, and Ceridian while ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate with leadership on budgeting, policy updates, and compliance initiatives.
- Manage HRIS systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, and others to maintain accurate employee records.
- Lead change management initiatives by developing communication strategies and training sessions for organizational transitions.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human resources management with strong knowledge of HR sourcing, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, Dayforce, Ceridian.
- Demonstrated skills in talent acquisition strategies including interviewing techniques and negotiation skills.
- Strong program management capabilities with experience in training & development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Data analysis skills for HR metrics tracking and process improvement recommendations.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to human resources functions.
- Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly.

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
