Associate Dean, Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Health Sciences

The Associate Dean, Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Faculty of Health Sciences, is a senior academic leader, reporting to the Vice Dean, Faculty Affairs, who is responsible for the planning, development, coordination and evaluation of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Office.

As the Associate Dean, CPD, you will oversee the academic portfolios of: Continuing Health Sciences Education (CHSE), Faculty Development (FD), and the Learning Technologies Lab (LTL), and you will implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.

As the ideal candidate, you have exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, an innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to function effectively with colleagues of varied disciplines in both the University and health care system contexts. You have administrative and leadership experience within an academic environment; a collaborative and collegial style that promotes open communication; strategic experience leading organizational change and a demonstrated commitment to the promotion of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
