Reports To: Team Leader
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Benefit Management Analyst- is responsible for growth, maintenance and troubleshooting of all group components configured in our Administration and Claims Systems for all books of business. You work in close collaboration with various internal stakeholders. You coordinate different phases of the assigned workload and ensure that deadlines are met. You oversee the follow-ups and ensure we are providing quality, efficient service to our customers.
Responsible for servicing Growth and maintenance for all books of business,
Analysis and reconfiguration of data is a daily task in this role.
Manage benefit changes and ensure that tasks are completed within the established time frame.
Process growth and revisions for all books of business for all markets as required in accordance with established procedures and time frames while maintaining a reputation for excellence in customer service.
Employ a process improvement approach with customer always in mind, make recommendations, ensure documentation is up to date and foster automation in the ways of working.
Troubleshooting/Subject Matter Expertise in your day to day
Prioritizing work daily and ensuring we are managing requests to meet our service levels
Maintain an effective level of communication at all times with our various stakeholders.
College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in needs analysis.
Three to five years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
Expert ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data.
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships by applying the basics of anticipating customer needs and remaining a trusted business partner.
Excellent skills in customer approach and professional relations development and a clear understanding of the basic principles of customer-focused management.
Ability to organize work and information methodically to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines. Highly energetic and dedicated approach to achieving established objectives.
Good understanding of how the duties of this position contribute to the overall work unit paired with a willingness to offer unsolicited help to others with difficult situations.
