Junior Operator Role:
Our Junior Operators work alongside our Field Supervisors to complete a wide variety of oilfield servicing, including nitrogen pumping, coiled tubing, plant turnarounds, fluid pumping, and picker/heavy haul services.
The work is consistent and steady as we work 365 days/year, with work days typically being 8-12 hours depending on the job scope. Workers all work a typical 15on/6off schedule. We have housing accommodations for out of town workers , so that you aren't stuck paying for hotels on shift. We also have worked to help operators gain their class 1 and 3 licenses to assist them in advancing their careers.

Compensation information: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour (Wage is dependent on experience)
Previous experience is preferable, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: (maintenance, technicians, labourers, etc)
Class 1 & 3 drivers licenses are an added bonus for operators as well and can assist in a promotion into supervisor roles quicker.
