We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage daily operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Provide client support by addressing inquires with their training needs
- Coordinate course appointments.
- Support clerical functions such as organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the overall organization of the workspace
- Handle administrative responsibilities related to invoicing or other office-specific tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior clerical or administrative experience, preferably.
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle working independently.
- Ability to perform filing, proofreading, and typing tasks efficiently
- Good computer skills with familiarity in using various office equipment and software applications
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
