We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships
- Assist clients with retail insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance plans and coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing to meet client expectations while adhering to company guidelines
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products and increase brand awareness
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred)
Requirements
- Valid insurance license required; prior experience in insurance sales is highly preferred
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging clients and closing sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual capabilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are a plus
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales administration processes is advantageous
