Location: Near Balfour, BC (Beggs Road Area)
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. Wages increases with increased responsibility
Schedule: Primarily between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our growing short-term rental team located just outside Balfour, British Columbia, near Beggs Road. This position combines housekeeping, laundry, basic property maintenance, and hot tub care to help ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional stay.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and understands that attention to detail is essential in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
● Thoroughly clean and prepare rental units between guest stays.
● Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels.
● Perform quality-control inspections to ensure properties meet our standards before guest arrivals.
● Complete basic property maintenance
● Perform basic hot tub maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, and monitoring equipment. Training provided
● Stock and organize cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and property inventory.
● Report maintenance issues requiring specialized repairs.
● Assist with seasonal property projects and improvements.
● Help maintain outdoor spaces to ensure properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
Qualifications
● Previous housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, or property care experience is preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
● Reliable transportation public or private required
● Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Weekend availability is required.
