Job Summary
We are seeking experienced painters to join our team for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction painting, restoration, and industrial coatings. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and consistence
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during painting and carpentry tasks
- Perform rigging and scaffolding setup as needed for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
- Conduct restoration work on damaged surfaces or structures as part of renovation projects
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding project scope, progress, and any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and organizing tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, restoration, or industrial painting environments
- Skilled in residential and commercial painting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and carpentry basics
- Knowledge of rigging procedures for scaffolding or lifts when working at heights
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to painting and construction work
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Experience with schematics or technical drawings is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings including industrial environments

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
