The Position

This role is a seasonal position and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service with positive energy in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for providing premier customer service to all customers during the Glow Festival.

The Event

Glow is a seasonal community festival, bringing together the people who love to stroll, laugh and play under the twinkle of half a million lights. Our playgrounds and interactive features will entertain the kids for hours, while Glow’s illuminated sculptures and backdrops are perfect for snapping selfies and family photos. We also invite you to shop for one-of-a-kind gifts, take home fresh produce, and sample seasonal goodies and beverages. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer care to all visitors, ensuring the best possible experience

Actively maintains booths by ensuring products are fully stocked and organized at all times

Accurately and efficiently rings up customer's orders; Follows all policies and procedures concerning cash and charge card transactions.

Supporting opening and closing store activities

Requirements of Applicants:
Must be able to maintain a happy, upbeat, warm, and positive attitude at all times

Attention to detail with excellent organization skills

A responsible, friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, is what we are looking for!

Start Date

A week before the event opening for training and set-up.

Work Hours

Christmas Event Period: November 28th, 2019, to January 4, 2020

Hours of Operation

11/28 - 12/20

Monday - Friday: 4pm - 10pm

Saturday: 1/12pm - 10pm/11pm

12/21 - 1/4/20

Monday - Friday: 12pm - 10pm/11pm

**Closed on Christmas Day and various other dates.

**Some days/hours may fluctuate, a full schedule will be provided upon hire.
