Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Site Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and collaborate with clients and subcontractors to bring construction projects to life. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining project timelines, controlling costs, and upholding safety protocols across the site.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of daily construction activity for various projects
- Administer action on deficiencies lists during and after all construction stages
- Oversee Daily schedule (in conjunction with Project Management)
- Site Management (Cleanliness, Safety, Security, Monitor and report on Daily Activity
- Reviewing and inspecting work prior to, during and after various stages of construction
- Oversee all methods and materials of construction
- Receiving and Coordinating all deliveries and trade movement
- Monitor Site Inventories
- Base level customer service
- Protection and Securing of finished products (delivered or installed)
- Skilled labour - base level drywall and framing knowledge with willingness to learn
- Shadowing Period during hiring process
- Working along side trades in supporting role while ensuring contracted scope of work is being executed
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction environments
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and oversee quality assurance processes
- Skilled in supervising teams of tradespeople and subcontractors while maintaining high safety standards
- Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and tools to ensure timely project delivery
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
