Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create content for marketing tactics and initiatives to drive leads, awareness and engagement
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote Boardwalk’s marketing and branding position
  • Collaborate to produce relevant marketing content in all regions
  • Designing or assisting in the development of research tactics in all regions and conducting data analyses
  • Create reports containing actionable recommendations based on research results
  • Additional marketing responsibilities as assigned

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing
  • Experience in event management, social media and digital marketing
  • Content management and photography/videography experience an asset
  • Bilingual French/English an asset

Technical Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based environment and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology
  • SEO/SEM and Google Analytics knowledge an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with enthusiasm and assertiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • event management, social media and digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Preferred)

Licence:

  • Drivers (Required)
