JOB OVERVIEW:
Kroll's Pharmacy (WinRx software) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. We are a well-established Renal Pharmacy in the Surrey area in addition to being a full-service community pharmacy (previous renal pharmacy experience is NOT a requirement).
As one of the Renal Pharmacists, the ideal candidate will have opportunity to work to full scope in collaboration with the renal unit care team. This position offers an engaging opportunity for pharmacists passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through comprehensive medication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide patient counselling and education regarding medication therapies.
- Deliver clinical services, including vaccinations and other pharmacist-led care as required.
- Oversee compliance packaging and blister-pack programs.
- Supervise and support pharmacy assistants
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of pharmacy practice and patient safety.

Salary: $48-53/hr based on experience and qualifications
+25% special services bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:30-5:30 (potential flexibility)
Candidate Qualifications:
*BC licensed pharmacist in good standing with the College
*1+ years experience (New Grads welcome to apply)
*Injection certified/current First-aid/current CPR
*Proficient with WinRx software or willing to learn
*Word/Excel proficient
*Well-versed in Third Party billing specifics
*Excellent organizational skills
*Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
*Able to multitask and prioritize workflow under time constraints
*Strong communication skills-written and verbal
Pay: $48.00-$53.00 per hour
