About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for single-family and multi-family projects from concept through construction.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction, pricing, budgeting, and material take-offs, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom homes and residential projects
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Complete quantity take-offs and pricing for labor and materials
- Solicit and review supplier and vendor pricing
- Develop and maintain estimating databases and pricing templates
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and construction teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare budgets, revisions, and change order pricing as required
- Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Assist with project planning and pre-construction coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in residential or custom home construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (Planswift)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
