Georgian Water & Air is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As an authorized Home Depot Home Services partner, we work with customers in Home Depot stores across Canada, helping homeowners discover solutions for their water treatment, drinking water, indoor air quality, and home comfort needs.
In this role, you will engage directly with Home Depot customers, educate them on the benefits of water and air treatment systems, and schedule in-home consultations with our specialists. You will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners looking to improve the quality of their water and air, while representing both Georgian Water & Air and The Home Depot with professionalism and integrity.

Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and complete daily tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and organizational skills during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required) to serve diverse customer groups effectively
- Must Have your own Vehicle to use daily.
- Experience in retail sales, direct sales,
- Ability to perform product demos and technical sales activities confidently
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cashiering, up selling, and cash handling procedures is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team while maintaining a professional demeanour

Pay: $40,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
