Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our project sites, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to team success in a dynamic setting.
Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as directed
- Support the preparation and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and organization
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support other team members in various operational activities as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $15.95-$27.77 per hour
