Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, energetic and detailed oriented person to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in shaping our clients' first impressions and contributing to the positive spirit of the workplace.
'Responsibilities'
' Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Navigate front desk duties, with diplomacy, professionalism and efficiencies.
- Support bookkeeping, invoicing processes using QuickBooks (as well as payroll).
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and nurturing supplier relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and team members.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation (daily, weekly, monthly schedules).
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, confidentiality and team work.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative and bookeeping role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email etiquette and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and respectful communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- College/University diploma is preferred, interest in design software would be a plus

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
