Requirements
- Previous experience insales is preferred but not mandator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.· Acts in the capacity as a Company salesperson, selling floor coverings, window coverings and all related products and services
Duties
· Close sales and ensure profitability for the store and adhere to store budgets
· Maintain company margins, gross margin dollars and targets
· Comply with proper Accounts Receivable procedures
· Maintain Store Presentation and overall Store Cleanliness (displays, rug piles, samples, etc.) in accordance with Company expectations
· Set floor schedules in conjunction with management to ensure adequate floor coverage during all store hours
· Manage installation and installers to maximize customer service and deliveries, give proper direction needed to install all jobs properly
· Respond to, address and solve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner for the customer and Company (within 48 hours)
· Ensure all products are displayed properly, tagged, priced in a timely basis
· Ensure advertising codes are accurately reported and entered on sales invoices
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
