Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes, apartments, and show homes
- Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Move-in / move-out cleanings
- Following structured checklists (we train you)
- Delivering friendly, professional service to clients
- Driving between job sites in Victoria & Westshore
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle (required – you will travel between jobs)
- Ability to work physically (lifting, bending, stairs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
Nice to Have
- Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or construction)
- Experience working in teams
- Customer service mindset
Schedule
- Day shifts only (no evenings)
- Monday to Friday
- Optional weekend shifts available
- Overtime opportunities
