Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records of all payments
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process, managing expectations proactively
- Maintain organized documentation of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in an understandable way
- Sales aptitude with a focus on upselling appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, dealership operations, and mechanical systems is a plus
