We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in HVAC cleaning or are looking to start a new career, we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Take pride in providing excellent customer service
- Be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Have strong communication skills
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License (Non-GDL)
- Have a clean driver's abstract
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation to and from our office in Edmonton
- Be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
Previous HVAC cleaning, restoration, construction, mechanical, or service experience is considered a strong asset and will be compensated accordingly.
Responsibilities
As an HVAC Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Driving company vehicles to residential and commercial job sites
- Communicating professionally with customers before, during, and after service
- Performing HVAC system cleaning in accordance with NADCA standards and MAX Heating procedures
- Cleaning ductwork, furnaces, rooftop units, coils, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment
- Assisting with commercial, restoration, and specialty cleaning projects
- Completing required job documentation and checklists
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Representing MAX Heating professionally at all times
